Janina Smith studied at London Contemporary Dance School and now works as a proffesional Dancer, Choreographer, Actor and Model. 

 

Caroline Forrest studied at Trinity Laban and now works as a proffesional Dancer and Teacher in the London and Surry areas.

 

Janina and Caroline first met at secondary school. After drinking and dancing their way through the teenage years, they decided to take on London night life in a more creative way. Thus the birth of The Friday League.
